At R2, increasing student achievement, increasing student enrollment, and increasing faculty and staff compensation and accountability remains our top priorities and areas of focus. We are committed to sustaining and providing a top tier education to our future scholars! This school year, we will continue our focus on STEM2 (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine). Through our partnerships with Grand Canyon University, Banner Health, and Abrazo Hospitals, our students will have unique opportunities for hands-on training, including participation in surgical procedures and internships. These experiences pave the way for careers in the medical field and beyond.

Our staff is dedicated to enhancing teaching strategies aligned with common core standards to engage students more deeply in learning. We continually assess student needs and implement interventions where necessary, offering diverse learning opportunities such as virtual and project-based learning. Additionally, we provide after-school tutorials and a variety of extracurricular activities at every grade level to support student success.
